Schließlich könnte ich alle benötigten Abhängigkeiten in eine requirements.txt Datei einfügen, damit ich Abhängigkeiten in einer virtualenv installieren kann. In diesem Sinne würde ich eine Lösung bevorzugen, die pip anstelle von apt-get verwendet oder von der Quelle installiert.

Ihr System verfügt anscheinend nicht über gcc.

Installieren Sie die Build-Tools mit dem folgenden Befehl:

apt-get install build-essential python-dev

Einige dieser Pakete sind möglicherweise nicht erforderlich (ich habe keine Zeit, sie im Detail zu überprüfen), aber in einem meiner Setup-Skripte zur Installation des NumPy-Stacks installiere ich zuerst die folgenden Ubuntu-Pakete:

- build-essential
- gfortran
- libatlas-base-dev
- libatlas3gf-base
- python-dev
- libjpeg-dev
- libxml2-dev
- libfreetype6-dev
- libpng-dev

Andernfalls können Sie einfach die Anaconda Python-Distribution verwenden, die hervorragend funktioniert.

Wenn Sie keinen Zugang zu einem Internet haben, versuchen Sie zunächst, die Abhängigkeiten wie intel_Openmp, MKL, MKL_include und MKL-devel zu manuell herunterzuladen, und installieren Sie dann numpy

Früher habe ich fast die gleiche Art von Fehlern erhalten, diese aber mithilfe einer virtuellen Umgebung behoben. Es gibt viele Umgebungen, aber ich persönlich schlage venv vor.

Ich konnte die Fehler mit venv leicht beseitigen.

Dies liegt daran, dass das Laden aller Bibliotheken unter dem Betriebssystem mit sudo nicht geeignet ist. Ihr Betriebssystem wird groß und gibt unerwünschte Fehler.

pip installiert nicht die erforderlichen Compiler für Sie.

Wenn Sie einfach nur Numpy wollen und nicht durch Pip gehen müssen, verwenden Sie

sudo apt-get install python-numpy

Und Sie erhalten auch alle erforderlichen Informationen (z. B. python-dev).
